Whenever our goods have condition problem within the warranty period, we will do the warranty and under a half of shipping charge.
Note:If there is artificial damage to goods, we will not accept a return.
For Items Damaged During Shipping: Once a purchase has been delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect item damage incurred during shipping.
If your purchase is damaged during shipping you must contact Tangtec laser within three business days of receipt of products to solve the problem.
